Behind the Bite

We opened in 2014 with one slicer, one oven and a grandmother's pastrami recipe.

Our food philosophy is short: buy from people we know, cook what is in season, and never rush a sandwich. Greens come from two farms within an hour of the shop, and our bread is baked in-house before the doors open.
